We keep our terms as simple as our process. Read this before taking a loan — and ask us anything that's unclear.
You must be 18 or older, hold a valid government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or driving licence), and be the rightful owner of the asset you bring. For vehicles, a valid RC in your name is required.
Valuation happens in your presence. Gold and silver are valued by purity and weight at prevailing market rates; electronics and vehicles by model, age and working condition. The loan amount offered is a percentage of this value, quoted to you before anything is signed.
Interest is quoted per month and agreed in writing before disbursal. There are no processing fees and no hidden charges. Early repayment is allowed at any time — you pay interest only for the period used.
Your asset is held in secure custody for the entire loan period. At handover you receive a signed receipt describing the asset and its condition. The same receipt is verified when the asset is returned to you.
Repay the loan amount plus agreed interest on or before the due date to collect your asset. If you need more time, contact us before the due date — extensions are granted in most cases on mutually agreed terms.
If the loan is not repaid and no extension is arranged within the agreed grace period, Flappi may recover its dues from the asset after giving you written notice. Any amount recovered beyond the outstanding dues is returned to you. We treat this as the last resort — talking to us early almost always avoids it.
By taking a loan, you declare that the asset is legally yours, free of existing claims, and not stolen or encumbered. Loans obtained against misrepresented assets are void, and we cooperate fully with authorities in such cases.
Your ID details and loan records are used only to operate your loan and meet legal requirements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page applies to new loans; existing loans continue on the terms agreed at disbursal.
